It was built to fix what makes self-managing rentals hard: fragmented tools, fees charged as a percentage of rent, and after-hours problems that always land on the owner. Every part of the platform is aimed at removing that friction while keeping the owner in control of every decision — approving applicants, approving repairs, setting the terms.
The team pairs day-to-day property management operations with software and applied-AI engineering, so the workflows in the product reflect how leasing, rent and maintenance actually run — not a generic CRM bent to fit.

Maintenance is where the AI does the most work: a tenant describes a problem in plain language, the assistant identifies the category and offers safe do-it-yourself steps, and anything that isn't resolved becomes a work order routed toward a vendor — with a person confirming the fix and approving the spend.
